MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2026 —

Orfali Bros @orfalibros_bistro поднялись до ★★ и присоединились к Il Ristorante – Niko Romito @bvlgarinikoromitodubai, Row on 45 @rowon45dubai и STAY by Yannick Alléno @stay_dubai.

В категории ★★★ без изменений: FZN by Björn Frantzén @restaurantfzn и Trèsind Studio @tresindstudio.

Поздравляю все проекты, шефов и команды — как с новыми звёздами, так и с подтверждением уже полученных. Большая работа и очень заслуженный результат.

MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2026, the key highlights.

For the fifth year in a row, I covered MICHELIN Guide Dubai directly from the ceremony, once again as the only invited Russian-speaking food journalist.

KIGO @kigo.dubai and Birch @birch_dubai by Arslan Berdiev earned their first ★. Berdiev became the first Russian chef and restaurateur to receive a MICHELIN star in Dubai.

Orfali Bros @orfalibros_bistro moved up to ★★, joining Il Ristorante – Niko Romito @bvlgarinikoromitodubai, Row on 45 @rowon45dubai and STAY by Yannick Alléno @stay_dubai.

At ★★★, the line-up remains unchanged: FZN by Björn Frantzén @restaurantfzn and Trèsind Studio @tresindstudio.

Congratulations to all the restaurants, chefs and teams — both on the new stars and on retaining the ones already earned. A major achievement and a well-deserved result. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The 2026 Michelin Guide Dubai has just been released and naturally, we have thoughts.
We’ve been fortunate to dine at every two- and three-Michelin-star restaurant in Dubai, along with 10 of this year’s 15 one-star restaurants. With the new awards announced, we pulled together our own guide to the restaurants we’ve experienced that made this year’s list along with our thoughts on where Michelin got it right and where we think they got it wrong.
Here are just a few photos from our journey through Dubai’s incredible dining scene, but there is much more to the story.
Read the full blog for our take on the 2026 Michelin Guide Dubai and our reviews of the restaurants we’ve experienced along the way.
Congratulations to all of our friends and everyone recognized in this year’s Guide!!!!!

✨ A Dream Evening at the MICHELIN Guide Dubai Ceremony 2026

Yesterday, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the 5th edition of the MICHELIN Guide Dubai Ceremony at Atlantis The Royal, such a special moment for me as someone who is truly passionate about gastronomy and fine dining. ❤️⭐️

This year, the Dubai selection reached 122 restaurants across 38 different cuisines, with 19 new additions to the Guide.

The biggest announcements of the evening included Birch and KIGO, both receiving their very first MICHELIN Star, while Orfali Bros was promoted from one to two MICHELIN Stars. ⭐️⭐️

Dubai also continues to have two restaurants holding the prestigious Three MICHELIN Stars: FZN by Björn Frantzén and Trèsind Studio. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The 2026 selection now includes:
⭐️ 2 Three MICHELIN Star restaurants
⭐️ 4 Two MICHELIN Star restaurants
⭐️ 14 One MICHELIN Star restaurants
🍽️ 22 Bib Gourmand restaurants
✨ 80 MICHELIN Selected restaurants

It was such an inspiring evening surrounded by some of Dubai’s most talented chefs and hospitality professionals, and such a privilege to witness these achievements being celebrated in person. 🤍
