💫HAPPY NEW YEAR LOVELY PEOPLE! 💫
We hope you had a happy and safe evening last night and are looking forward to this new decade ahead. We appreciate it’s not always an easy time for everyone though and send all our love to you wherever and however you find yourself on this day. 💕
We are open again tomorrow and look forward to welcoming you back to the mat.
Yoga is a wonderful tonic and a new year is a great time to recommit to your practice, or take one up, we love Beginners!
🧘🏼‍♀️ Thank you so much from all of us on Team YG for the amazing support and beautiful energy that you bring to the space and our community. We can’t tell you how much it means that we get to share yoga with you every day. Yoga Ground is a special place for us, it is such a beautiful and healing place to be, but it’s the community who make it. Thanks everyone. Your support means the world. See you all soon. 🙏

OK this little spot in the Abel Tasman is one of the most beautiful little places I’ve ever visited. Our boat driver had time up his sleeve en route to Totaranui (top of Abel Tasman) so swung past here and I asked if we could get out and have a wander about. ‘Sure’ he says and I can’t tell you how stoked we were to explore and how special it was. Nice one Abel Tasman Aqua Taxis! You ruled it today for us.

Dr Suess-like grassy sand tuffs, a lot of sand and us. (Saw no one else the whole time we were there). #farewellspit #newzealand

Farewell Spit was on my bucket list and it surpassed my expectation. Totally worth the car sickness to get there. I hope you all get a chance to visit.

Yoga is amazing. Anywhere. Anytime. However you can bring it into your life - in a studio, in your bedroom, via the internet, that’s all awesome....
But there’s just something so special about coming together; sharing the experience and creating the group energy....
It’s being around the people, the one’s who give us the faces like this, that really adds to the magic of the practice....
Come and be part of it. 💕👫👭👬👫👭👬

It’s even more than a beautiful space for yoga, it’s a place where friends are made. And aren’t we blessed to have both of those things in our lives.
👭
This gorgeous face belongs to Therese who teaches the little kids yoga on Mondays at 3.30pm. There are places for your budding wee yogies if you want to bring them next week to learn with her. Link to info in bio....
