Come by yourself. We’ll make the introductions 🤎

Last night in Jersey City, women with different businesses and backgrounds came together over tacos and tamales… and left hugging like they’d known each other for years. 🥹

A huge thank you to Olivia of @maxuxujc for welcoming us into her space and bringing us together over her delicious food. Supporting a woman-owned business while building our own little sisterhood? Yes, please. 🫶

The laughs, the “me too” moments, the feeling of being seen. Women asking about your business and actually wanting to help.

This is the sisterhood we’re building at NGN, and there’s room for you here.

Comment “NJ” if you want to join us next time ✨

We asked our scholars to pick a paper and pass the sticker to the founder who best fit the narrative.

The result? A fun way to introduce the people and businesses that make up our first Narra Residency cohort.

Visit their pages to learn more.

Our first-ever Narra Residency Program has officially come to a close.

We wrapped up an incredible eight-week journey with our Pitch Competition, where our Narra Residency founders took the stage to present the businesses they’ve been building. Each presentation reflected the work, growth, and dedication they’ve poured into their businesses, and reminded us why we created this program: to give founders the mentorship, community, and support they need to keep building.

Congratulations to our Pitch Competition winners:
🏆 Winner: @jenny_dianeee
🥈 1st Runner-Up: @mikegriffix
🥉 2nd Runner-Up: @balloonwondersbymari

We’re also celebrating our entire residency cohort:
@rayjmon @mishsaka @dirty_celebrity @mattferoz @wellnest.place @live_laugh_lore @samspxls @chilltowndigital @tasha979903 @latinasatwork @jalicea1211 @ammarahsulaiman

To our mentors, judges, sponsors, and community partners, thank you for investing your time, knowledge, and support in our founders. This first residency program wouldn’t have been possible without you.

Our first cohort may have graduated, but this is only the beginning. Applications for our Fall 2026 Narra Residency Program open soon.

If you’re ready to build alongside a community that believes in you, we saved you a seat.
