Epic time off The highlights were traveling to Kauai and getting engaged. Em and I surfed, snorkeled with a sea turtle, and fished-such a good first trip to the islands for us. I got to watch Kyle marry his best friend and had the honor of being his best man. It was hilarious coming back the morning after and seeing a Rolls Royce and teal T-Bird in the driveway, shenanigans were had. Then Em and I snuck in a Mumford and Sons + Sierra Ferrell concert together. Lastly crabbing in Tomales Bay with the fam and dinner with my brother was awesome as always. Thanks @instaforager for being so knowledgeable and being such an entertainer, we had a fantastic time with you bro!

Cheers to my brother, whom I love more than words could ever describe. To my sister, whose love, grace, and presence have made our family fuller. And to the family we gained through this beautiful union. 🤍

Every mother in that room has been waiting for this moment longer than you know. The dress fittings, the late-night calls, the tears she cried before you even got engaged. The day belongs to her too as she sees her little girl step into a new chapter 🤍 Planning: @dulcediaevents Venue: @delavinainn Photographer: @katrina.Marie.photo Content Creator: @heartcraftedsocial MUAH: @santabarbarabridal @lindsaymarie_makeup Florals: @a.prettylittleposie Catering: @barbareno_sb Rentals: @syeliteevents Bar: @daringtodreamevents DJ: @sdlpros Transportation: @sbtrolleyevents

It’s always about connection to me. As an empath, sometimes I feel wedding days deeper than the average person does. And man, was this wedding one that hit me hard. From the moment I got to the venue I could feel the love between Jeff, Tasha and their families. It was profound, it was inspiring. I cried a lot at this wedding. I mean like…A LOT. My eyes were sweating constantly as Jeff would say. These two are just so loved. This day was intimate, maybe around 50 people, but the day felt grand. At one point Tasha’s mom said to me, “I can tell that you really love this, and I want you to know that you are doing exactly what you were made to do”. And BOY did that stick with me. Throughout the day, I would make eye contact with both Jeff’s mom and Tasha‘s mom and they would blow me kisses or just come give me a hug. I felt like I was a part of their family. I’m someone who deals with impostor syndrome. I doubt myself a lot. I critique myself too much. But this year, I’m really trying to let go of that. It’s easier said than done. But it’s days like this that remind me of why the hell I do this. It makes the hard days, anxiety, and the self-doubt worth it. Thank you two endlessly for having me. I can promise you I will never forget this day. Cannot wait to share more.
