As a coach, sometimes all you need is a look.

Happy Birthday, to my brother-from-another country!

Somehow, working with me for 7 years hasn't aged Valeriy Goncharov a day.

It's a three-peat for our captain Tas Hajdu in the 8th annual Valeriy Goncharov Fitness Challenge. Tas claims the iron, followed by Nick Townsend and Cisco Velez Belendez.

Only Valeriy knows exactly how the results are tabulated, but I can tell you all these guys are looking strong 💪

Köszönet Minden szurkolónak is!!! Legyetek velünk, mert veletek lesznek igazán értékesek a sikerek ❤️

That’s a wrap on European Champs☝️

Proud of Tas and Ignacio for representing the Sooners on the world stage!

Impressive international debut for our Sooner captain at the European Championships. Tas Hajdu helped Hungary secure both a Euros team final spot and World Championship team berth, and competed well on all three of his events (rings, vault and p-bars) in both days of competition.

It’s not easy to walk into a new environment and be your best, but Tas is a born leader and all-around great guy. He brought not only very good gymnastics but great energy to Team Hungary. Incredibly proud both of his performance and how he’s handled this new adventure.
