POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

If you’re an athlete transitioning out and feeling lost, stuck, or “behind”, I see you.
The discipline, leadership, and pressure you lived under do matter and won't go unnoticed. Better yet, they are skills that can help you succeed later in life.

Learning how to tell that story has been everything for me, and tools like Podium X have helped me turn my athletic experience into something employers actually understand.

This series is about navigating the identity shift, the uncertainty, and the rebuild without losing the parts of yourself that made you an athlete in the first place. You are an athlete, and it is time to showcase that beyond the field.

If you’re in this in-between phase, you’re not behind.
You’re just learning how to show up differently.

Are you a student-athlete who feels like you’re constantly trying to piece together your experiences or unintentionally underselling yourself on your resume? You’re not alone, and it’s time to stop selling yourself short.

As athletes, we develop real, transferable skills every single day: leadership, time management, discipline, resilience, communication, and the ability to perform under pressure. The problem isn’t that you lack experience…it’s that those skills aren’t always easy to translate onto a resume in a way employers understand.

That’s where Podium X comes in. Podium X offers powerful, easy-to-use tools designed specifically to help student-athletes evaluate, organize, and clearly articulate their experiences. It helps you identify the skills you’ve built on the court, field, or track and turn them into language that actually reflects your value.

Those long practices, early mornings, setbacks, and wins all mean something. They’ve shaped you into a strong candidate, and your resume should show that.

Sign up today to unlock these features and more, and start expressing yourself confidently!
