☕️🍂🍩coffee & cake tag!✨🧁🧋

thank you @jayjayreads_ for tagging me!! this was a lot of fun and gave me the perfect excuse to get a donut with my friends (can a donut class as a cake??) 🧁🎀✨

☕️ - two recently purchases books: the other day i bought For Whom The Belle Tolls by Jaysea Lynn, which seems like a darkish romantasy (the MC is dead and in the afterlife) which i am very excited for!! i also bought When In Rome by Sarah Adams, an author i know is very popular but have never read from before.

🍰 - two of your last five star reads: Problematic Summer Romance by Ali Hazelwood was my most recent 5-star read (her books are automatic 5-stars for me). and of course, Hello Stranger by Katherine Center was another recent 5-star read and is my favourite of hers!

🧁- two books on the TBR: the two books on my list which i am most excited about are Ready Or Not by Cara Bastone (i read Promise Me Sunshine recently and thought it was so great) and also #2 in The Griffith Brothers series - Downpour by Maggie Gates.

🧋- two books you would recommend to a friend: can i recommend 8 books? the Throne of Glass series, duh. i love that series so much im doing my dissertation on it and am fully considering getting a tattoo inspired by it. The Seven Year Slip by Ashley Poston is also one of my favourites of all time and i couldn’t recommend it enough!!

excited to see some of my friends’ recommendations for this tag! 🧁⭐️✨

✨ Seven Deadly Sins ✨

Thank you lovely @those_fantasy_book_feels for the tag!

Here are mine 7️⃣

Pride - A big and challenging book:
📚 The Way of Kings

Greed - a book you own multiple copies of:
📚 Magician

Lust - a book you bought for the cover:
📚 The Last Bloodcarver

Envy - a book you want to live in:
📚 The Hobbit (The Shire)

Gluttony - a book you have read more than once:
📚 Eragon

Wrath - a book you didn’t like:
📚 Faebound

Sloth - a book on your TBR:

January blues challenge🩵💙 the chilly month is here and no better way to showcase that than with some blue sprayed edges!

I actually kinda love them all together! Am I about to reorganise my shelf to be in colour order…what d’ya reckon?? It’s very chilly here in the north today, and I believe for about a week it’ll be getting into the low digits. I love it because I can wrap up warm and cosy…do not enjoy having to defrost the car though!

Tagged a few of you lovely people to post your version of a blue stack for January blues🤍📖
