⁣So my body confidence photos are through , definitely something out my comfort zone with the photos! ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣The journey at times was hard but definitely worth it. Thanks to Goldsworthy Personal Training - GPT to guide me through it! Now to try and get back on a plan but for now 🍹⁣

🌟BODY CONFIDENCE TRANSFORMATION🌟⁣
⁣⁣
⁣REPOST: @rackyrach 👏💪💙⁣
⁣⁣
⁣14 week (minus 3 weeks skiing and some off weeks due to life) challenge done! ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣The photos are back … won’t share them all but these are the ones the world can see! ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣My before photo is actually from last July, just as I started to work with Martin. Smiling - because that’s what I love! But feeling really low and grim - tired, unhealthy and a bit lost! I have always loved training and nutrition is hit and Miss! I need the accountability or I will just eat all the freddos! 🙈😀😂⁣
⁣⁣
⁣I had really enjoyed the results up until Christmas but this challenge took it to another level! I was AMAZING to have such focus and direction …. Just do what you are told, don’t think! ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Was it hard? Yes. Was it impossible? No. Did i stick to it 100%? 😂😂😂😂😂 absolutely not! But did I love it - hell yea! ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣I will always be 100% grateful for the support from Martin and the rest of the Team GPT gang! I miss it so much already but new goals are out there and so we will find a way! The 14 weeks were hard in other ways too - but Martin and the team were always there to support …. I have felt so lucky to find a tribe! ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣But the reason for doing it was - something fun at 40! Think I smashed it! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️⁣

⁣“Girls Supporting Girls” 🔥💪💙⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Creating an environment where we don’t pick up on who’s better than who, it’s about supporting each other throughout everyone’s journey. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Don’t judge someone on the way they look, but the way they treat people & how they support one another. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣You get so much more out of life when you’re picking each other up & moving forwards together, rather than trying to beat each other. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Every single one of you is different, which makes it interesting for my job role to support everyone in different ways on plans, nutrition, training & schedules. 💪⁣
⁣⁣
⁣You can’t just give out the same plan or same workout to everyone you meet, it might work for some people, but not everyone. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Loving the photo of the girls squad & how everyone supported each other through their 14 x week journey! ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Always remember……IT’S YOU VS YOU!!! ❤️⁣

🌟BODY CONFIDENCE TRANSFORMATION🌟⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Repost: @tashpurepink 💪💙⁣
⁣⁣
⁣So on the first week of January I started a body confidence photo shoot. My inspiration was my sister Emma Price as she did it last year and this year my other sister Jayne Mann was doing this journey too so with them by my side I decided to do it. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣At the age of 48 I wanted to do something for me and this was definitely out of my comfort zone. I wanted to prove to myself it could be done again for me, my journey. My goal was to hit 10st and start toning up. I started at 11st 2 and hit 9st 7 and have begun to tone up. I hit my personal goals. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣The process was hard at times.I stuck to it 95% of the time. It ended up being 5 times a week in the gym , 60 minutes cardio and 17,500 steps a day. To fit that into my lifestyle was hard but with Martin Goldsworthy and my husband by my side which at times wasn’t easy , I have achieved my goal and happy within myself 😊⁣

⁣⁣
⁣21 day’s until the first GPT photoshoot is here! 📸 😍⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Lots of up’s & down’s, people not being able to commit to the programme & having to drop out in the first 4-6 weeks, this isn’t easy going!⁣
⁣⁣
⁣It’s hard work, resilience of the mindset, you will feel tired, fatigue, uncomfortable & just generally feel depleted towards the end of this 14 x week journey! ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣The guys & girls who have stuck at it & pushing all the way to the end, well done for making it this far & doing your best each to see results 👏💯⁣
⁣⁣
⁣You have all achieved so much & we have 2-3 weeks to finish strong & bring out the best of what you have done. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣I’m proud of you all, you should be proud of the results you have all achieved within this short space of time whilst doing your normal day jobs & working your daily jobs & looking after family. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Let’s finish this challenge strong, 21 days of hard work to go! 📸💙⁣
