Part 2 of Alice & George’s incredible wedding at Trinity Buoy Wharf 🤍

And this is where the party really started!

The energy from their guests was absolutely amazing. There was so much laughter, dancing and pure joy all evening. Alice and George were lifted into the air, carried around by their friends, and the dance floor was basically never empty.

And then there was the live brass band, @oldirtybrasstards, playing modern songs and turning them into the most brilliant brass versions. Saxophones, trumpets, everyone dancing around them… it was SO much fun and such an incredible atmosphere to photograph.

Definitely one of those wedding parties where you just want to keep taking photos because something is happening every second.

Alice & George’s wonderful wedding was so full of beautiful moments that it definitely deserves two posts from me 🤍
(Although I usually try to fit one wedding into one post!)

The day started with getting ready at two hotels near ExCeL London. George was getting ready nearby, while Alice’s morning started at the beautiful Sunborn London, the floating yacht hotel with incredible views over the Docklands.

Then we headed to the ceremony at @trinitybuoywharfweddings and it was my first time photographing a wedding there. I absolutely fell in love with this place.

It’s such an unusual mix of industrial architecture, contemporary art, quirky creative details and history. As a photographer and a creative person, this kind of location makes me so happy. And the views across the Thames towards the O2 and the Docklands skyline are just incredible.

Trinity Buoy Wharf is also home to London’s only remaining lighthouse! The whole area has so much character and is definitely worth visiting!

Saturday’s wedding was just incredible! A beautiful choir singing at @southwark_cathedral, @oompahband procession along the Southbank, the reception along the Thames, and the genius addition of a Ferris Wheel at @trinitybuoywharfweddings. All this and just the most gorgeous couple and their fabulous families and friends having the best of days!

What a joy this job is. It never ceases to amaze me. Thank you for having me and Lucy along.
