I think I want to start this post with an introduction:

Hi, cuties - my name is Marharyta, but everyone in the cafe just calls me by my nickname, Marhosha :)
I’m a self-taught photographer and SMM, and I’ve been running the Cream.Dream account since the cafe was built in 2022.
It was (and still is) my first ever job, that gave me a lifelong passion ❤️

A lot of things have changed since the first time I wrote “Hi, cuties 💕” 4 years ago: the team has grown, we’ve renovated, and I’ve changed as a professional (only my impostor syndrome stayed, lol)

I’m trying to show Cream.Dream through my lens, the way me and Lisa want to show this place: creative, inspiring, bold, bright, unique, unstoppable, with an incredible team…
Sometimes I manage to do it, sometimes I’m a bit late, sometimes I miss the target.
But it’s okay - maybe in the 50k or 100k post I’ll confidently say that it’s changed 🫡

For us, 30k is more than just a number - it’s the result of our hard work, and it means we’re building a community and a place that is more than just a cafe

I’m forever grateful for the support of our community, but also for my team, as without them, there would be nothing to show ❤️

Oh my gosh, the collaboration I’ve been dreaming about for ages! ✨

I remember, when I was writing down my plans and dreams for 2026, I kept thinking about working with @lush because I absolutely love their products and their values - they’re almost completely vegan, and that aligns so much with what I believe in.

So imagine my surprise when a few days after that I got an email from them about a collaboration! 😱

Today we were at the Lush store selling our pastries and Valentine’s gift boxes, and it was so wonderful. Thank you to everyone who came a we met so many lovely people, and I hope our sweet boxes bring lots of love to your loved ones this Valentine’s Day 💖

A HUGE thank you to the sweetest, sweetest team at the Lush store, they’re absolute angels!
I hope to see all of you in our store as well 💋 I’m sure this won’t be our last collaboration with Lush. And of course, thank you so much to you cuties, you’re such an important part of this, and without your support, none of this would be possible!

After reaching for 2 years from home , I took a big step and I taught my very first big masterclass in London — and it reminded me of something I’ve always felt deep inside: I truly, genuinely love teaching. It feels effortless, natural, and so fulfilling. Sharing knowledge, the little secrets, the technique, the theory behind vegan pastry… it lights me up in a way nothing else does.

I think I finally see it clearly — this is my calling. Teaching gives me joy, purpose, and energy. And the most beautiful part is hearing students say that they really understand the process when I explain it, that everything suddenly “clicks.” That means the world to me.

I’m incredibly grateful to Lisa @baking.babe.business the owner of @cream.dream_london for trusting me and letting me use her gorgeous space. It was the perfect place to step into this new chapter.

And to my wonderful students @highland_atelier @searavi @kayspieceofcake @oksii_og @evely_j @tasyapetrova @bakulina_nastasiia @ginafrze @nastia_sto — thank you for jumping on this very first train with me. You helped me teach, you inspired me, and you helped me see what can be improved for the next classes. But honestly? We did amazing. We made over 100 macarons together, and every single one turned out beautifully. That’s pure magic.

Vegan baking is truly thriving in London, and I’m so excited to be a part of it.

💛💙 Supper For Ukraine – First Dinner Report

Yesterday @cream.dream_london hosted a warm and inspiring dinner in central London.
We were joined by 9 wonderful guests, as well as Lisa and Margo (the owners of Cream Dream) and their talented Chef Inna.

Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we managed to raise £570 in support of our campaign “Supper For Ukraine”. Part of this amount covered the organisation of the dinner, while the rest will go towards our fundraising goal – £5000 for a Mitsubishi L200 4x4 evacuation vehicle for Ukrainian defenders.

🫶It was an evening full of delicious food, meaningful conversations, and a shared sense of purpose. Together we proved once again that even over dinner, we can bring Ukraine closer to victory.
🙏Stay tuned – this was only the first of many Supper for Ukraine evenings to come!

Учора Cream Dream приймав першу вечерю в рамках нашої кампанії “Supper For Ukraine”. Цей вечір ми провели в товаристві 9 чудових гостей, а також Лізи, Марго (власниці Cream Dream) та їх талановитої шеф-кухарки Інни.

💪Завдяки вам вдалося зібрати £570. Частина цієї суми пішла на організацію вечері, а решта буде спрямована на велику ціль – £5000 для закупівлі Mitsubishi L200 4x4 для евакуації українських захисників.

🙏Це був вечір смачних українських страв, щирих розмов та відчуття спільної справи.

Well, that was hard!
But it looks like we’re (almost) finished!
Now we can confidently introduce you to our second project – DreamKitchen! 🌸

It’s a space where we can create more desserts, custom cakes, and catering (including weddings!). This beauty can accommodate more than 20 pastry chefs working at the same time! 🫢

But why “almost”?
Well, in our plan, it was supposed to be a takeaway spot as well, for those who prefer to pick up their orders in Battersea and South London. It was even meant to include a coffee machine serving specialty coffee and other drinks!

But… we went over budget and can’t make it happen just yet 🥲
So many unexpected expenses came up - extra costs for electricity and water systems, additional expenses for building the walk-in fridges and freezers, and countless other surprises. Unfortunately, this means we can’t open the full takeaway section right now. BUT! You already can pick up your custom orders there and we’re planning to have coffee ready by summer 🙃

Overall, this experience has been very different from opening a cafe. There’s been a ton of building work, endless painting (our backs are killing us from painting the floor!), loading and unloading trucks, and setting up professional machines and equipment. It’s taken a lot of planning - and plenty of problem-solving too.

So, don’t be surprised when you see more and more new things on the menu - because the beasts are out of the basement and ready to show you CreamDream! 👩‍🍳

And it wouldn’t be possible without my team and family @tatarynaa and @ghost_of_a_sun 🥺
As well as our dear electrician Ihor and all the pastry chefs who didn’t fear the moving process and helped us to move the kitchen in two days 🩷

We always have a special place in our hearts for Ukrainian films and for supporting those who make them.
When we were invited to cater for a dinner with @ptuxerman we were over the moon with happiness.
Not only because we’ve been watching Anton’s travel blogs for years, but also because his film “Us, Our Pets, and the War” deeply resonated with us back in the spring of 2024.
The film provides a new perspective on what’s happening in Ukraine, focusing on the bond between people and animals, who have both faced challenging circumstances and, at times, suffered alongside each other.
Animals feel the impact just like people.
They can get hurt, traumatized, and in difficult times, our pets need our care even more.
Being vegans, it was important for us to contribute in a way that aligns with our values. That’s why we put together a small catering with a fully vegan menu, featuring appetizers and our beloved homemade

The dinner had a cozy atmosphere, and it was incredibly interesting to hear the discussion about the film with the person who created it.
A big thank you to everyone who participated in this event, special thank you to Inna Levit for cooking and to the girls who stayed behind the scenes

I (Lisa) wasn’t there! It was my 25th birthday that day, and I was hiking in the middle of nowhere, so everything was organized by my younger sister, Marharyta 🩷
