Every year I realize more and more the gift it is to celebrate my parents lives. Their birthdays, the victories and milestones, their new stages in life! Pulled off a surprise birthday with my siblings and step dad and I don’t know if it brought me or her more joy to see her so happy(,: Living far from my parents feels so hard but moments like these are the best!!

life well lived !!!!!

the past several months have been fast, stretching, beautiful! and so so joy filled!!!!!

@capturedcreative.co has been keeping me very busy with lots and lots of weddings, new client opportunities, and celebrating friends by capturing their biggest moments in life!

in between the weddings and travel has been reunions, restful evenings at home with my husband, time outside with people i really love!! and billie!!, and more celebrating🥹🥹

i’m really thankful that in this midst of so much going on, God receives and is pleased with my daily need of Him. that even when it doesn’t look like a long quiet time, the quiet moments in-between satisfy my constant plead for the Lord. i am thankful that even when i feel like i have nothing to offer, the Lord sees my work as worship! that i can rest in not needing to strive for Gods mercy on my life, but i wake up in it every morning. i am so so thankful for the abundance of people i really love and the joy it is to do life with them!! i’m thankful that every new friend is an opportunity to share Gods faithfulness with, and that He is more in the weeds of my every breath than I could ever imagine. and that He has sustained this weary body!!!! thank you Jesus!

i am real-time experiencing how true it is that your life is a ministry! everywhere you go! and God has been taking me places! i don’t need to strive to “impress” God but instead get to live in the good works he has prepared ahead of time! opportunity is all around us!!!

fam update - we adopted the bestest girl in the world !!! Billie !!! aka Billie Jean aka Billie girl aka Miss Billie aka Billicent aka little girl 🤎🧸🩰🌙 we love her sooooo much and are so thankful for the sweetest addition to our lives!!!! Billie loves: walks, snuggles, bones, sardines! and um more snuggles!!! hers has made many friends and is well loved in the community 🤭 we are so so obsessed and so thankful!! @janiekatemorgan thank you for trusting us with the sweetest little girl!

O come to the altar, the Father's arms are open wide. forgiveness was bought with the precious blood of Jesus Christ.
thats it. thats the simple Gospel. no matter how far gone you think you are, the LORD will ALWAYS be there with open arms of love and forgiveness. so come to the altar; your life and eternity will change forever.
our next command is to love others and tell them that good news. and out of obedience, the LORD allowed us to travel to the dominican republic and do just that. through the LORD's kindness and goodness, our team was able to see 15+ people give their lives to Christ!! that's 15 souls saved and eternities changed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. and it was all done through obedience to the LORD. praise God for allowing me to be apart of this trip for one last time, and a huge thanks to mission of hope for the wonderful work God is doing through them in Hispaniola. and as my time with harris creek youth comes to an end, i want to give a HUGE shoutout to the entire ministry; every leader, staff member, and student i have ever interacted with has led me to be the follower of Christ i am today. love you homies🤙🤙🫶🫶✝️✝️

Thank you Jesus for moving in the Dominican this year. Thank you for all those that you saved. Thank you for everyone who you brought on this trip Lord. I pray that you would continue to save those on the island of Española.
