Last one, BEST ONE🔥 Honored to have been able to Rec Direct alongside the best REC CREW there’s ever been! All thanks to God! I’m also beyond grateful for the many moments shared with students and leaders on and off the field, especially during response times at the end of each service! Many of those nights began in tears of gladness and also of grief, however, every night ended in huge celebration as well as some of the best camp games I’ve seen! During this summer as I’ve been prepping for camp with the Youth Staff I’ve also been seeking out job opportunities to lead at a higher capacity! I would like to announce that I did accept this opportunity and will be leaving soon! Which is why I’m both sad and full of joy for what’s next! Leaving has always been the hardest thing for me. And OAKS YTH, You have been my family, my home, and many of you my spiritual sons and daughters! You have blessed my life beyond what I thought possible! Watching you grow and being able to champion you these last 4 years has been everything to me! I love you! To the Youth Staff, and interns You walked with me at my lowest, and helped build me up higher than I ever thought I could reach in my time here! There will never be another family like you! You have my heart! To Andrew and Lauren, There’s more for you than what I’m about to say, but I would not be the man I am today without you! Through the all the tears, the laboring, the jokes, the fun, the discipline, the leadership, and many other things you have poured into me I’m so grateful for you! You have been the closest of mentors in my years of refinement at Oaks Church! Grace and Peace🦁 Thank you Lord!
