Crazy Tuesday 🥵
Ran until I vomited🤮
Thank you @peterinkl for the crazy menu! 😂🔥

Bumped into my favourite runner in the last 3km when I was already struggling with my Pro 4 causing pain in my foot arch again. 🥲

Then I saw her cramping. I checked on her, gave her my last SaltStick 😅 and ran with her all the way to the finish line.

“Champ! One more km!”
“All out, Champ!”
“We’re almost there!”

My legs were hurting, but my heart was full. ❤️

Never imagined I’d get the chance to run alongside my idol and help her reach the finish line.

What a dream. What a moment. What a blessing. 🙏🏻

Learning Mandarin has been a real challenge for him, but we’re committed to walking this journey with him.

Little by little, we can see his progress, and that makes us proud. Of course, there are still moments when he gets frustrated because he can’t remember how to write certain words, but that’s all part of learning.

Instead of scolding him, we choose to encourage him, support him, and celebrate every small improvement.

P.S. I’m not a results driven parent. My priority is that my boy enjoys learning and grows with confidence. ❤️

Celebrating the birthday of our favorite person, my beautiful wife @taufoofoo and the most wonderful mom to our son. Thank you for filling our lives with so much love, laughter, and joy. We love you always. ❤️🌻

Every boy’s first love is his mummy. 🌻❤️

So it was only right that our son’s very first bouquet was for the first woman he ever loved. One day, he’ll give flowers to his life partner, but his very first bouquet will always belong to his mummy.

At 7 years old, he’s finally old enough to order his own meal. I couldn’t resist giving him a few recommendations, but this fella still went for chicken and rice. 😂🍗🍚

Birthday Feast❤️

beef brisket tacos
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
their tacos will literally drive you crazy

duck and pamelo salad
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
the green chili padi dressing paired with fresh ulam, pomelo, and shredded duck made this salad our favorite dish of the day. Every bite was fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor

crispy chicken wingettes
⭐️⭐️⭐️
the wings could’ve been crispier, but the yuzu and hot honey combo was pretty good. The citrusy tang, sweetness, and hint of heat worked really well together, making it an enjoyable bite overall.

dirty jerk chicken
⭐️⭐️⭐️
the cilantro rice was a bit dry and slightly hard, and the chicken was a little under-seasoned. But the pineapple sriracha sauce was the star, it added a fresh, tangy kick that saved the dish.

steak frites | medium
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
the tri-tip was packed with rich, beefy flavor and cooked beautifully juicy. The subtle wood fired smokiness from the flame added just the right depth, making every bite feel like heaven on earth 🪽

oversized meatball
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
the moment I cut the meatball in half, the sauce just oozed out. My son literally went, “Wow!” 😅
Mixed with the fusilli, every bite was so good. Definitely the best combo on the plate.

A 4 layer cake… 25cm tall maybe😂

I don’t train him to win.

I send him to train
so he learns to run right.

Because I never knew how.

No medals.
Just fundamentals. 🏃‍♂️

Visited a book fair yesterday
My son saw @iamboey doing book signing…

He read, picked his favourite, and queued up on his own ❤️

The author drew a character holding a cane

My son: “What’s this?”

He smiled and said, “You’re so lucky.”

Before we left, he told the crowd:

“Look at this kid—growing up happily without the cane.”

That hit me…
I grew up with the cane 😅
(no trauma, just memories)

Now it’s our turn to raise them differently
with love, patience, and understanding 🤍

We spent almost an hour reading the book together.
He was so confused…

“Why do noodles only cost 20 cents?”
“Why is the laptop so big?”
(it was actually a computer 😆)

Different generations, different childhoods but the same love ❤️
