POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Today’s miles were for a purpose. 💜🚴🏾‍♂️

Proud to ride in the 7th Annual Purple Bike Ride in support of Domestic Violence Awareness & Prevention. Every pedal, every mile, and every voice matters.

We ride to raise awareness, stand with survivors, and help build a world where everyone feels safe. 💜

Ride with purpose. Ride for change. #cycling #cyclinglife #domesticviolenceawareness

Best of luck to everyone whos put in the work for DC Hyrox @sanctuary_gym

Some solos, doubles, relays and some are crazy enough to race more than once 😂💪🏾

A lot of work, early mornings & nights, simulations, RUNS, sled pushes, burpees and questionable life decisions led to this weekend. Now it’s time to enjoy it.

If you see one of our athletes out there, MAKE SOME NOISE FOR THEM! 📣🔥

Sanctuary Gym x HYROX DC
Good luck to the whole squad! 🏁

More fun 🤩 pictures from today’s race. Our race started 22 minutes late because the wind 🌬️ was blowing disrespectfully toppling tent & worse the barriers due to the signage zip tied on. Once the advertisement signs were removed we were good to go! I had more than enough time to settle my breath, slow my heart rate down, pray 🙏🏾, & smile 😁 for the 📸 of course! #TheeAbundanceProject #TheeAbundanceMicroGrant #AQuickBrownFox #artemisracing #pedalmafia #iamspecialized_road #iamspecialized #roadbike #cycling #cyclingraceseason #cyclinglife #sram #cyclingphotos #cyclist #cyclingistherapy #enjoyment #myhappyplace #outsideisfree #everyadventure #lifebehindbars #blackcyclist #rubbersidedown #rideon #roadbikelife #inlovewithcycling #sjogrenssyndrome

The fist pump at the end was a reaction to the joy & fun I had racing with these ladies. Fun Fact: Four of us in this event are being coached by Sue Hefler & three of us made the podium (1st, 2nd, 4th). Thank you to Thee Abundance Project. #TheeAbundanceProject #TheeAbundanceMicroGrant #AQuickBrownFox

The wait is over! @taundra Taundra Marshall is in the building. We talked about her fitness journey, and she dropped some nuggets on the importance of a support system and taking one step at a time on the fitness journey. Much love!
