POV: You’re the chosen one at puppy yoga. 🐶💜

One minute you’re trying to focus on your breathing… the next you’ve been selected as the official puppy cuddle station. We don’t make the rules. 🤷‍♀️🐾 These adorable pups are adoptable from @dynamicduodogrescue

At Puppy Yoga, downward dog is optional—but being covered in wagging tails, curious noses, and endless kisses is almost guaranteed. ✨

Ready to see if you’re the chosen one? Join us at an upcoming class and help rescue pups on their journey to finding forever homes. ❤️

Special thanks to @tawiredjo for leading this class!

Tag the friend who would absolutely end up surrounded by puppies. 🐕💕

When the world we live in is confusing, and the systems and leaders we have been told to trust abuse their authority, and it seems like nobody is stepping up to protect us, what can we really do? Do we organize, withdraw our money, boycott taxes, home or private school our children, protest, rage, hide, cry? Go about business as usual? It’s hard to know what the “right” or most effective choice is. It can feel like floating from one moment to the next, without a clear solution…

Regardless of the troubles at hand, the sun is out and water happens to be a great place to drown out the noise. My underwater camera is being serviced and repaired, which means it’s time to start booking your summer sessions. Send me a message if you’d like to work together.
