What you see is a release date.

What you don’t see is 6 months of work behind it. Studio sessions, art direction, distribution strategy, press outreach, content planning, sequencing, timing — all of it before a single second hits your ears.

That’s how we operate at The Rose Production.

2026 is scheduled. 2027 is mapped. Our vision runs to 2028.

Patience and perfection.
Quality over quantity.
Art direction on everything.

We grow music.

And if you’re an emerging artist ready to build something serious — we’re here!

The fourth in our series of celebrating 10 years of CLASS 2.0.

THE FUTURE STARTS HERE
Winter 2018
Designer: Christine Freeman
Photographer: Grant Pritchard

Alex Kratena and Monica Berg had never been to Crawley, but there they were, at Agile Studios (the unoccupied space next to our old office) for our shoot and interview. This was one of the bigger exclusives of the time – a super-group, so to speak, launching their first bar together. What came, as we know now, was @tayer_elementary and we communicated this to the world by asking Berg to wear a blue nylon wig from Amazon and photoshopping a bionic arm onto Kratena.

The CLASS team sends our very best wishes to everyone at @tayer_elementary and we hope to see you back open again very soon.

We spend so much time trying to avoid mistakes.

But maybe mistakes aren’t the opposite of progress.

Maybe they’re part of it.

Every mistake gives you information. Every wrong decision teaches you something. And every lesson gives you a better chance of getting the next one right.

You don’t grow by getting everything right. You grow by learning from what you get wrong.
