We all were born with the innate intelligence of the body that keeps you breathing, your heart beating, your hair growing, your injuries healing.
.
Along the way, we start disconnecting from our breath, with all the life’s stresses that we are being bombarded with.
.
The more we disconnected we get from our breath, the more guidance we seek as we feel like the solutions are on outside of us.
.
When we connect with our breath - we connect with our bodies, and get out of our heads. We allow the body’s intelligence to take its place fully, without suppressing it, to work its magic 💫
.
Our community Somatic Breathwork experience is the place where you can come and share your energy without judgement.
.
It’s a safe space to be who you are and who you want to be.
.
It’s an opportunity to let your worries go and let more light in.
.
The next event is on Wednesday January 11th. You are invited 💫
.
Click the link in bio for details and to reserve your spot.
