Chapter 25 💛

The biggest thing that’s grown my business hasn’t been a viral reel.
It hasn’t been perfect branding, another funnel or posting three times a day.
It’s been becoming the kind of coach people never want to leave!!
The kind of coach who actually knows what’s going on in her clients’ lives.
Who celebrates the wins that no one else sees, notices when someone’s gone quiet, checks in because she genuinely cares, not because it’s “check-in day and who creates a space where women feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes and keep showing up!

Coaching isn’t just about writing training programs or giving calorie targets.
It’s about helping someone believe in themselves again, being there when motivation disappears, reminding them they’re capable when they can’t see it themselves and building a community where they feel understood, supported and like they finally belong.

Anyone can sell a program but not everyone can create an experience that changes someone’s life. This is the standard I’ve always wanted to build, and it’s the standard I’ll never stop raising!

If you’re a coach, don’t just focus on getting more clients. Focus on becoming the coach your current clients never want to leave! This is how you build a business that lasts.

If you know you’re capable of more but you’re not sure how to get there, DM me “FOUNDER” and let’s build the coaching business, leadership and client experience that truly sets you apart!

My last full week in Aus WTF 🥹
I can’t believe I move to Bali in 3 days!!??
So fkn grateful for the life I’ve built for myself, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without the endless days of working 14hrs +, sacrificing sleep, missing out on social events, constantly putting my business & my clients first. These are all the things people don’t see when you’re building a business. It comes with sacrifices and it’s fkn hard work man but I would chose this in every lifetime. I get to help the most beautiful people change their lives while I’m changing my own, there’s honestly nothing better than that!!! 🫶🏼

Here’s to the next chapter ahhhh 😍

I am so proud of Tayla and all the progress she has made over the last year!! She trusted me & the process, pushed herself outside of her comfort zone and the results are a testament to her hard work and dedication! PLUS she actually loves her training and meals, and to me that’s the best part!! When you actually enjoy what you’re doing, you get so much more out of it!!! So proud of you Tay! ❤️‍🔥

Sometimes you need to eat MORE than you think you do in order to achieve the results you’re after!!

If you want to completely transform your physique while actually enjoying the process, DM me “HER” & let’s get you started 🤝
