Some Polaroids I haven’t been able to forget about since I took them… 👀💕

In all seriousness, every time I was giving your Polaroids/Instax Minis to you at the end of your event, a piece of my heart was dying… UNTIL I BOUGHT A PORTABLE SCANNER! 😂 I would take photos of the Polaroids but it was not the same :,)

Now I take my scanner and laptop to almost everything so I can scan Polaroids in at the end of your session/wedding night! It takes like 5 minutes and then I don’t miss the Polaroids forever because I can still access the scans, and you get the digitals sent to you as well! It’s a total win-win 🌟

I don’t think anyone prepares you for your baby girl to have a little one of her own. 🤍

Somehow, planning this baby shower became so much more than flowers, ribbons, and tablescapes. Shelby and I wanted every detail to feel timeless… the kind of classic, old-school Ralph Lauren elegance that never goes out of style. Not because it had to be perfect, but because this season for Vaeh deserves to be remembered forever.

In true YaYa fashion I probably put more pressure on this shower than anyone else did. But that’s what motherhood is, isn’t it? Pouring your heart into the moments that matter most. And it met every expectation!! Could not have pulled it off without the help of Shelby and her amazing taste and vision. And a huge shout out to Shelby, Taylen and Nevaeh for staying up late the night before and helping to get it all set and ready.

Watching my daughter become a mother is one of the greatest privileges of my life. It’s beautiful, emotional, and a little bittersweet all at once.

A new generation, a growing family, and a little baby who is already so deeply loved before taking his very first breath!

At the beginning of the year, I made a vision board with things i’d like to work on or have happen in the next year. Right in the center I had the Hawaii temple. The pic was just motivation to attend the temple more often, but Hawaii temple has always been my favorite Temple. Shortly after, I was invited to go during spring break to a sealing of two of our closest family friends in Hawaii. We were lucky enough to make it work out. Since it was tax season, Wayne didn’t make it, but Nash and I got to go and spend my birthday and a couple more days there. We cut our trip down by two days because of the terrible flooding happening while we were there. Although it wasn’t the sunny trip to Hawaii we hoped, being in the temple for the beautiful sealing with these families was well worth the trip! I love the all and the memories we’ve shared. And individual time with Nash was a cherry on top! We don’t have many more spring breaks with him living at home.🥹
