I'm excited to announce that this lovely lady is my new coach!

Tay has been a support system of mine since I first met her last year and we have grown to be close friends since ❤️

She was my mental rock at the two shows I've done and she has such a drive for this sport it's inspirational. Knowing her journey and how she has pushed through so much, I know she will be there for me on the tough days.

I am so excited for her to coach me through this journey and I get to support her in something she is clearly passionate for ❤️

July work dump 🫶🏼

Just a few pictures from some of my prep and posing clients. I love getting to see so many different transformations and hear so many journeys through my clients. I get to know these incredible women through their choice to get on stage and seeing them grow into their confidence is the real win.

I always tell clients, you never know what show day will bring or how you will be judged, but you can celebrate every win through your prep and learn how to use the discipline into other aspects of your life. This sport brings so many people together and can truly change lives. Outside of trophies and sparkly bikinis, there is so much more along the way.

I am so grateful for this crazy life I get to live, and to keep growing and making an impact every single day 🫶🏼🥹

Another prep update! 🎉

On the 18th I was able to go to a posing clinic hosted by @realtinissia @ocbcolorado at @enlightened_athletics During this clinic we officially made the change to me switching from competing in Figure to wellness. This is something that we had talked about but didn't rip the band off just yet 😂

Thankfully I still have plenty of time to learn the new poses and the transitions for them!

I'm now starting my 5th week of prep and am about 11 weeks out from show day. Last week we switched my workout routine for wellness, and it was a pretty low energy week for me, but I got a high day over the weekend and I bounced right back!

Still keeping thoughts positive and just happy to be experiencing all of this! ❤️

I’d like to introduce @taylerohu the newest member of our coaching staff. We would like to officially welcome you to the team and are excited for an amazing 2025.

“Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I played soccer through college and have always had a competitive edge that pushes me to better myself daily. I’ve been coaching for three years and competitive bodybuilding for two. As someone who has struggled with mental health, body image, and eating disorders, bodybuilding has helped me in more ways than I can count. I made it my life mission to help as many people as possible work towards bettering themselves daily as well. This comes with helping people achieve not only their dream physiques, but learning to enjoy the journey and form life-long habits and positive mindsets about their physical and mental health.

I’m extremely excited for this next step in my coaching career. I’ve been given the opportunity to continue to help more people and contribute to building a strong community of individuals who are ready to take their fitness goals to the next level.” ~ Coach Tayler, CPT & CN

🚨90 Day Challenge 🚨

Here's what I've learned as a 51 year old female, chronic kidney disease, a crappy back, that has always struggled with weight most of my life.

1. There is no quick fix, magic pill, or diet that will give you long term results

2. Cardio is not the answer to long term health and having a nice physique. Resistance training is the fountain of youth

3. You can't out train a bad diet. Won't ever happen.

If you are ready to learn how to fuel your body correctly, get comfortable in a gym setting and learn how to live in the best body you've ever had this is for you!

Come join us on this fitness journey with other like minded individuals who want to learn and level up. This is not a plan to make you a competitive body builder. It is a plan to make you healthier, stronger and better than you've ever been before. It can be done completely online and in doesn't require your to be local.

Don't let the new year new you pass by yet another year with failed promises to yourself. Invest in your health and come learn how to make healthy living a lifestyle! Might be the best Christmas gift you ever get. Registration link in bio
