Most teams don’t struggle because of strategy.
They struggle because of unresolved people problems—disconnection, burnout, lack of trust, and culture that slowly slips into autopilot.

My keynote, Marked by Purpose, and my book, Beneath the Transaction, help leaders reconnect people to purpose so teams communicate better, lead with intention, and build healthier culture from the inside out.

The experience ends with the Marked by Purpose Portrait Experience, where participants capture their purpose in a word or symbol and memorialize the moment through professional portraits.

Because transformation spreads through people.

What a special night in Utah.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out to support me and my new book, Beneath the Transaction: Discover the 7 Conditions that Transform Life and Leadership. I’m incredibly grateful for the love, support, and conversations we shared together.

And a special thank you to @241eventspace THREAD and Colby Bauer for hosting! It such a beautiful space for us in downtown Provo.

This book is full of stories, lessons, and experiences designed to challenge people in the best way—to slow down, reflect deeply, and reconsider how we are showing up in our lives and leadership.

In the book, I describe “transaction” as the autopilot way many of us begin to live: the checklists, routines, surface-level relationships, and everyday patterns that slowly disconnect us from purpose and who we are becoming.

The goal of this book is simple:
To help people break out of the transaction and begin living and leading with more intention, depth, purpose, and transformation.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. We’re just getting started.
