5 years ago today, I said I Do and made the best decision of my life. In those 5 years, we’ve been blessed to create the most amazing life together. From moving to a new city, buying our first home, starting new jobs, and raising our amazing son and golden-doodle, we are beyond grateful for all God has led us to. Cheers to a lifetime more of memories with our growing family!

The last ten days have been wild. Lots of teaching, taking/celebrating, running two very busy studios and prepping for two more 💜 @bodyroknorthgeorgia is full speed ahead and coming to an ATL burb near you soon 🤩

What a year it’s been. From preparing for and welcoming our son Hudson, to trips with Taylor to Colorado, Savannah, Mexico, and more, to playing gigs with some incredible bands across Mexico and the Southeast, and finally putting down roots in Charlotte and meeting great people along the way. Hard to imagine topping 2025, but we’re excited for what 2026 has in store.
