Taylor grew up skiing with the Jackson Hole Ski Club, but this upcoming year she is going to Aspen Valley Ski Club to take a Post Graduate Year!!

What current sport do you participate in?
I ski race, play soccer, and I love to hike.

Have you experienced any injuries in the past year that have made training or participating in your sport difficult?
Yeah, I tore my labrum and I was out for an entire year from ski racing.

How did Wright Training rehab you to come back to sport, and have you come back to your sport?
Yeah, I worked out with Crystal a bunch last fall to get ready for racing, and then i was able to come back last December. I was able to start racing in the actual races in March and April.

Is there anything that you would like to say to anyone who is currently injured or looking to come to the gym?
Its definitely hard, but its worth it once you come back. You definitely need to be patient. Its not just like you are going to come back stronger than ever, right away. It is going to take time, but keep up with it!
