Imagine showing up to a warm bath, a hot cedar sauna, and a couple of hours with absolutely nowhere else to be.

We’ve thought through all the little rituals so you can just settle in.

Fresh robes and towels, slippers, herbal tea, botanical soaking salts (your choice of Portland Fog or Golden Milk), our Late Breakfast Matcha Sugar Scrub, and all the shower essentials are waiting for you.

Soak for a while. Wander into the sauna. Stand under the skylit showers. Curl up with a cup of tea or stretch out in the Moon Room.

The whole space is yours, whether you’re coming on your own, with your partner, or with a few friends.

A little neighborhood spa in North Portland, made for afternoons like this. 🌿

Private bookings for 1–4 guests. Link in bio.

A little treat: Use code SLOWTREAT20 for 20% off your private spa booking when you book by October 31. ♡

Spent the most beautiful afternoon completely immersed in wellness rituals at @theritzcarltonportland

From quiet moments of restoration to connecting with the sweetest community, it was such a needed pause. Huge thank you to The Ritz-Carlton, Portland team and to @zentsofficial for hosting such an incredible experience. I’m officially obsessed with their collection.

If you’re planning a spa day anytime soon, do yourself a favor and explore the @zentsofficial products on your next spa visit.

The hummingbirds at the cabin — tiny wings buzzing through the rhododendrons while the tub steams under the trees.

Nothing fancy. Just slow mornings, happy birds, and a quiet place to land for a few days. 💚

I just spent 24-hours on an organic, regenerative, gorgeous working farm, 👩‍🌾 grain silo suits bnb, vineyard + winery, 🍷 event space and SO much more.

I cannot put into words how special this trip was, it felt rejuvenating and much needed. ♥️ This is your sign to book a silo suite bnb, today, at @abbeyroadfarm and then head over to their sister restaurant in town @82acrespdx for a fabulous full circle meal by @wpreisch! I cannot wait to go back. 😁
