Q4 is officially in full swing, and we’re making every move count 🚀 We went LIVE to talk all things Q4 prep, from maximizing end-of-year brand opportunities and navigating time frames to building momentum that carries into 2027. Because a strong finish to the year doesn’t happen by accident. It takes strategy, consistency, intentional partnerships, and knowing how to position yourself for what’s next. Our biggest takeaway? Don’t just focus on finishing the year strong. Focus on setting yourself up for an even stronger year ahead. Whether you’re a creator looking to elevate your brand or a talent working to maximize opportunities, now is the time to get intentional. Missed the LIVE? Catch the replay and let us know your biggest Q4 priority below. 👇 #JEXYAgency #InfluencerMarketing #CreatorEconomy #TalentManagement #q4strategy

Q3. Q4. This is where careers change. The biggest campaigns get signed. The biggest budgets get approved. The creators who prepared… win. 👀 Our scouts are out. Looking for representation? Now’s the time. Know a creator who’s ready for the next level? Send them our way. We’re actively growing the JEXY roster and looking for exceptional people ready to build something bigger. 🖤 Q3 and Q4 aren’t just another season. They’re the season. 🔥 Let’s dominate. #GetJEXYWithIt #BookedBrandedPaid

Some of the best partnerships don’t start with a campaign. They grow through trust, time, and showing up for one another. Watching @taylorr.leanne spend the day with @thewilliamsondad and his beautiful family is one of those reminders that what we’re building at JEXY has always been about people first. ❤️ Grateful for the relationships we’ve built over the years and excited for all the memories still to come. 🏰✨💖

Behind every great creator is a manager who knows how to build more than content. At JEXY, our managers focus on long term brand positioning, strategic partnerships, negotiation, creator growth, and building careers that actually last. Manager’s Playbook was a conversation about what really happens behind the scenes of influence, and why the right management changes everything. We’re continuing to expand our team and looking for ambitious people who want to build a real book of business inside one of the fastest growing talent agencies in the space. If you’re resourceful, driven, great with people, and ready to step into the business of influence, we want to hear from you. Booked. Branded. Paid.
