2025 taught me how to sit with uncertainty and trust myself through it. It asked me to slow down, to listen, and to learn that growth doesn’t always arrive with clarity, sometimes it begins with courage. I learned that healing takes time, and that change is not something to fear. It’s something that shapes you. Some lessons come through patience, some through discomfort, and some through choosing yourself when it would be easier to stay the same.
This year showed me that losing your footing doesn’t mean you’re failing, it means you’re being rebuilt. It taught me the importance of surrounding myself with people who show up, who lift you when you’re tired, and who love you in ways that feel steady and real. I learned how to soften without breaking, how to grow without rushing, and how to find peace in becoming instead of arriving. I found strength in slowing down, clarity in the quiet, and confidence in who I’m becoming. 2025 wasn’t kind, but it was necessary. It brought me to places I never imagined, and showed me that even when you hit rock bottom, it can become the strongest foundation you’ll ever stand on. Always remember that everything you have been through makes space for everything that you are becoming, and that should feel like peace.
