It’s crazy to think we’re already wrapping up year three. Time has flown by.

It’s been a wild ride jumping headfirst into a completely new industry, one that was totally different and unfamiliar to me. There have been long days, crazy shifts, plenty of laughs, and more than a little chaos along the way.

Through it all, I’ve learned a lot, not just about the industry, but about myself. I’ve grown as a leader, discovered more about my leadership style, and learned how to adapt on the fly. Every challenge, every busy night, and every unexpected situation has taught me something valuable.

Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to meet some truly remarkable people. I’ve built lasting friendships, worked alongside an incredible staff, and made memories that I’ll always appreciate.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity, the trust that was placed in me, and everything I’ve learned over these past three years. I feel truly blessed to have been part of this journey, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.

It’s crazy how in just three years you can go from being almost complete strangers to feeling like family.

I’ve had the absolute honor and privilege of watching Taylor and Breeeeeeeeezy grow, evolve, and absolutely crush it over the last few years. Between the two of them graduating from college, chasing their goals, and figuring out life, it’s been amazing to watch.

The amount of nonstop laughter, inappropriate jokes, roasting, and pure chaos that happened whenever the three of us got together was truly next level. Somehow we always got the job done while making every shift feel less like work and more like hanging out with friends.

Thank you both for making my job not only enjoyable, but so much easier when you were around. I can never fully express how grateful I am for everything you’ve done for me over the years. Whether you realize it or not, you’ve made me a better man, a better leader, and a better friend. Thank you for helping me navigate through break ups, deaths in the family and everything else life through at me.

Watching my two little sisters spread their wings and head off to take on the world is bittersweet. I’m incredibly proud of both of you and excited to see what comes next. If the last three years are any indication, you’re both going to do amazing things.

Just remember: no matter where life takes you, you’ll always have a brother cheering SOOO loud for you & laughing at your terrible & inappropriate jokes lol , and reminding you that I taught you everything you know jkkkk 😜

Love you both more than words could describe!!!!! Go make the world nervous & take on AZ like a boss!!!
