5 years ago, I joined @serhant as team member #8 — Senior Brand Strategist. The titles, responsibilities, and leadership have all transformed since then, but one truth has stayed constant through my time on the only rocket ship that travels at #SerhantSpeed: Growth is what you make it, and it’s better to grow together than to go at it alone. Stages. Screens. @netflix premieres. A podcast, @notniceclever, I built from nothing with one of my dearest friends, @candicecarcioppolo. Coaching and consulting programs designed to elevate price point, experience, and brand beyond what any one agent could achieve alone. When I joined in August 2021, I was living in Miami, FL, negotiating my offer while recovering from COVID for the first time, for a brokerage that hadn’t even launched in Miami yet 😎 It was #LeatherJacketEnergy, all day every day (#iykyk). I moved to DC a year later, in 2022, making regular trips to NYC as my responsibilities grew and I started speaking at our events. By 2024, I’d landed in Philadelphia, a city I’m proud to call home, where I’ve begun to put down real roots for the first time since I was 17, and my speaking and podcasting had grown from regional to national to international. Today, the brokerage operates in 17 states, including my home state of California. The @sellit platform I helped architect now reaches 50,000+ salespeople across 130+ countries. My life is richer for the work I’ve done alongside people far more talented than me, for their heart, their humor, and their vision, I’m forever inspired to keep going, even as I enter into an entirely new season. I’m about to take the longest pause I’ve ever given myself, stepping into maternity leave this month. It feels good to close this chapter as I lean into what’s next 💜
