✨ Happy 3rd Birthday INH PRO! 🎂 In an industry that can sometimes feel divided, this brand continues to remind me what it’s really all about: COMMUNITY. Not competition. Not egos. People. A place where every stylist has a seat at the table. Where knowledge is shared, growth is celebrated, and we’re stronger because we choose to lift each other up. Events like this are such a beautiful reminder that when we put stylists first, incredible things happen. The conversations, the friendships, the education, the encouragement… that’s the kind of culture that changes an industry. I’m so proud to be part of a brand that doesn’t just talk about community but truly lives it every single day. 🥂 Here’s to another year of raising the standard, putting stylists first, and proving there’s always room at the table 🍎 Happy Birthday, @inhprofessional 🤗 🥳 #hairstylist #stylistsupportingstylists #hairextensions

When it comes to the salon / stylist / hair extension world, we’ve all heard and seen a lookout of crazy stuff… But last night, I found myself at a table with the most amount of like-minded stylists I’ve ever experienced in one place. I was honored and humbled to be included in INH Pro’s 3rd birthday celebration called The Gathering. Just shy of 15 people were included, if I had to guess, and I had the pleasure of sitting right next to cofounder @immbunny, picking her brain, sharing stories, and laughing about how much we actually have in common. And the stylists attending were all the same, as well — no one trying to outshine the next, everyone was lifting each other up, being proud of one another, excited for each other’s accomplishments, and sharing what we’re looking forward to next. This was a table of women and men who were POSITIVE, humble, hustlers, and HUNGRY for more. Qualities it seems you cannot teach, and ones that I SOOO frickin’ ADMIRE and look up to in others. To say I feel lucky to have received a spot at this elite table would be an understatement. May this be the beginning of meeting many more stylists like these incredible men and women!! Moral of the story — so thankful to work with an outstanding brand who truly cares about stylists raising other stylists up and the positivity of this industry! 🥹🥹🥹 Shoutout to @immbunny and @keving for putting this together!! Absolutely wonderful!!! #hairextensions #inhprofessional #inh #hairextensionslosangeles #hairextensionsla
