Good food, good drinks, good vibes and catching up with friends. Honestly, what more could you ask for?

We had such a good time at CHOP Steakhouse last night for their happy hour event. The appetizers were SO good, but those birria spring rolls? Yeah, I’m still thinking about those! The drinks were great, the atmosphere was beautiful, and I loved the open kitchen window too.

Big shoutout to Trenton for the warm hospitality and for having us!

If you’re looking for a spot to enjoy good food and drinks with friends, check out CHOP Steakhouse and their new happy hour menu. Definitely one to add to your list!

Thank you to CHOP Steakhouse for hosting us and giving us the opportunity to experience their happy hour menu!

She heard “make a lot of sangria” and took it VERY seriously. 😭🍷

Thankfully, you don’t need the whole bucket.

Just grab a Mexi’s sangria for $9.99 and call it a good decision.

Went to Mexi’s for a gifted collab and somehow ended up in their ad… obviously I said yes! 😂🎬

So… when’s my next audition, and where do I sign up? 👀🎬

Someone just commented that I’m the “Boundaries Queen.”

But they didn’t know me back when I was walking into a man’s bedroom for a four hand massage I never even asked for, just to keep the peace.

Yep. That was me.

I wasn’t always this boundaried.

I was a people pleaser.
A self abandoner.
An overgiver.
An overextender.

I was so focused on being kind, understanding, accommodating and keeping other people comfortable that I would ignore my own discomfort.

And some people took full advantage of that.

That experience became a catalyst for change, not just in how I handled relationships, but in how I moved through life.

I learned that being a good person does not require me to override my intuition.

Being empathetic does not mean giving people unlimited access to me.

Being kind does not mean tolerating things that make me uncomfortable.

And having boundaries doesn’t mean I’m cold, difficult or selfish.

It means I finally learned not to abandon myself to keep somebody else comfortable.

And here’s what I want you to remember when you see someone online talking about boundaries, self worth, discernment or walking away from situations you may not feel ready to walk away from yet,

They may not be above the program. They may have already gone through it.

I’m not above the program.

I went through it.

I learned the hard way so I could recognize the patterns, understand the lessons and make different choices now.

So if you’re still learning how to say no, trust your intuition, stop overgiving or stop explaining yourself, you are not behind.

You’re learning.

And one day, the boundary that feels impossible today might become the boundary you don’t even have to think twice about.

That’s how I became the “Boundaries Queen.”

Not because I was born that way.

Because I finally stopped abandoning myself.
