Looking back at our Season 10 Launch Party earlier this month.

We can’t wait for what this season will hold, and are looking forward to working with the young artists who are eager for what’s ahead. It’s hard to believe that it’s been a decade of AR. We have so much gratitude for being able to continue working with the next generation of dancers.🤍

It’s been an incredible start to our 10th season of AR.

We are truly so eager to feed into these artists and continue to help shape the next generation of dancers. Our environment is everything to us, and it has been so beautiful to watch how open these dancers have been in our first week together.

We can’t wait for what’s to come!

Time is flying, and somehow I’m already choreographing for next season… but before I get too far ahead, I wanted to take a moment to appreciate some of the work I got to create this past year. 🤍

Teaching dance is my favorite job in the entire world, and it’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly. I see it this way: for that rehearsal, class, or private lesson, I’m in charge of how that dancer experiences dance in that moment. I hope I influence them to work hard, believe in big things, and bring good energy into every room they walk into.

One of my favorite parts of competition dance is watching the growth that happens from the first rehearsal to the last performance. This season was full of those moments, and getting to be a small part of dancers’ journeys is something I’ll never stop being grateful for.

Thank you to every studio, dancer, and parent who trusted me this season. Your support means the world, and I’m already so excited for everything this next year has in store.

Ready for another season… let’s dance!!!

We’re incredibly grateful to have Ryan Bruce behind the lens for INTERSPACE. His ability to capture the honesty, artistry, and energy of each moment is something truly special.

Thank you for believing in our vision and helping tell our story. We love you and are so grateful for these dancers perusing this opportunity!

End of year 2 with @artistsrevealed 🤍

Grateful for the ones who pushed me and never gave up on me this season — @sammee_schirmer @jeremykhanson.

This year was full of exploration, self-discovery, lessons, and clarity… and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Forever thankful for the growth and the journey ✨

Where do I even begin

AR has been my second home for the past 8 years. It’s where I grew up, where I learned how to push myself, where I found confidence in who I am, and where I became the dancer and person I am today. It’s crazy to think about how much of my life has been spent in that studios and on that stage. Thank you to every teacher who believed in me, encouraged me, and never stopped pushing me to be better. You helped shape me into the dancer I always dreamed of becoming, and I’m so grateful for every correction and every moment of support along the way. This place, these people, and these memories mean more to me than words could ever fully explain. I will never forget my time here, and I will carry a piece of AR with me wherever I go. I love you all so much 🤍

We are honored to introduce the second company of our 9th season. They have created a space where growth unfolds in real time and artistry is shaped moment by moment. These artists live in the in-between: where curiosity leads, where risk is welcomed, where form is still becoming.

Come watch these young artsits premier their new work ‘Time Under Tension’ choreographed by @sammee_schirmer 🤍

Join us for ‘As It Forms’
May 8 & 9 at 7 PM at MTH Theater

An evening of work that invites you to witness the beauty of evolution as it happens. Ticket link in bio!

Thank you @adrenalinedanceinc for the best weekend in Kansas City!

Dancing on stage as a City Crew member in the closing show was definitely a highlight. 💙

I debuted “Upon Our Shoulder” choreographed by @sammee_schirmer @sammee_makesmoves and placed 8th overall Junior solo. I’ve had a lot of help with cleaning this one! @marlee.bailey.samani @emjaneadair @detailselitecoaching @jillian.richard

I was thrilled to receive the Honored Dancer Nominee Scholarship.

It was a huge pleasure to learn from @clinelewisjones and I look forward to seeing you a lot more next year! 😉😊😉😍

Thanks to all of the incredible Adrenaline faculty, my @premierdancekc family, and @bluewaterdancewear for all my fits both on stage and in the ballrooms.
