That time 5 years ago when @joeymcintyre and I re-imagined “Lost In Your Eyes” 🥹🎵

It’s a songwriters dream 🎹 to hear your song interpreted by a master craftsman like Joe. The passion and purity in his delivery is bar none. And his friendship … as true as they come !!! 🫶🏻

As I say in this montage … the gift of a lifetime ! 🎁

And @followseanthomas had the delicate job of creating the new quintessential version that paid homage to the original, but also felt fresh and modern and unique to me and Joe. Sean wasn’t on the planet 🌎 the first time around to witness all of your love for the original, but, with his old soul sensibility, and chops , he hit it out of the park !

Thank you to all of you who looked up to me growing up and who idolized and crushed on Joe and never stopped … For celebrating the past, embracing the now, and looking to the future ! This duet is yours 🎧

You all continually make me feel like I’m still hanging on the locker of your heart ♥️ … with a pinup of Joe right beside me. Thank you ☺️

“I don’t mind not knowing what I’m heading for ….you can take me to the skies” 💫

Stream LIYE released on @stargirlrecords wherever you listen to music and checkout the video directed by @patrickanthonydp today !
