May I interest you in a cup of tea? Don't worry, it's tailored exactly to your size ☕️👕

Yes, I absolutely deconstructed a regular tea bag and stitched it back into a shirt.

Because every tea deserves a custom fitting.

FRIDAYS ARE FOR GIVING FFFFFs ↓

Slide through for a find, feature, and more Fs curated for the magically minded + intuitively guided.

This week’s guest curator is @thespectacularmiddle. If you’re an entrepreneur with a messy behind-the-scenes in need of spectacular systems, she’s your gal!! Give Kristina a follow and keep reading for her Fs…

001 THE FIND ↓

Joining @kaileenelise’s program A Year of You was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The sessions, resources, and community have helped me connect more deeply with myself. I’m heading into my 2nd year and am so grateful for what it has brought into my life.

002 THE FEATURE ↓

@bellagracemagazine and The Field Guide to Everyday Magic has a beautiful blend of creativity, reflection, and everyday inspiration. They’re my go-to when I want a little aesthetic whimsy and a reminder to notice the beauty in ordinary moments.

003 THE FAVE ↓

FriXion Erasable Pens from Pilot are my absolute favourite! They write beautifully and feel lovely in your hand. I use black for my everyday journaling, then bring out the colours when I’m feeling creative and want to doodle on my pages. Bonus: they’re refillable!

004 THE FEELING ↓

My morning routine has become one of the best parts of the day. Low lighting, a cup of @tazo Organic Chai, breakfast, gratitude, and eight minutes of journaling. It’s a simple, grounding rhythm that helps me begin my day feeling connected to myself.

005 THE FUN ↓

My Nana taught me to play cribbage when I was around 12, and I’ve loved it ever since. Years later, my aunt introduced me to Crib Wars, which is basically what would happen if cribbage and Snakes and Ladders had a baby. It’s so much fun!

SEE YA NEXT FRIDAY FOR MORE FFFFFs ↓

Thanks again to @thespectacularmiddle for this fantastic edition of Friday FFFFFs.

xo, @kaileenelise

🍵💜 Blissful Barista | Ep. 78: Hands-Free Matcha

Bringing back my hands-free matcha filming era! 🪻✨ I used to film my drinks this way, but after seeing @matchaswithmegan stop-motion matcha videos, I was inspired to start doing it again! Giving credit where it’s due! 💜 Can’t believe it has almost 1k likes!

Today’s brown sugar matcha is giving homemade coffeehouse vibes!

This is what I’m calling my ultimate refresher: Gummy Peach Ring Iced Tea. Start with a glass packed with ice and a handful of gummy peach rings. Pour in sweetened black tea and juicy peach nectar, then give it a light stir so everything blends together. Finish it off by sliding a peach ring right onto the straw for that extra touch. Your new go-to sip for a peach-perfect summer 🍑
