Thankful for the opportunity to celebrate the 175th anniversary of the @ymca in New Orleans. Food, fun and new friends made for a great General Assembly. But what was even better was the shared vision, commitment to community and connection with over four thousand agents of change partners. Cannot wait to hear, and see, the expansion of impact across the country. There is NO PLACE LIKE THIS PLACE. #cccymca #ymca175 #bethechange

Our first Camp Tepee Alumni Reunion was fantastic! Thank you to everyone for coming out, supporting, and having a great time! Thank you to the volunteers who worked so hard to make this event a success! We’re already looking to make the next one even bigger and better! What a gorgeous Saturday for the 25th Annual Walk to End Homelessness at Captain’s Cove. The housing and homelessness crisis is at a critical point, and this session we were able to secure additional funding to help provide services, such as operating our warming and cooling centers. Congratulations to Tim Bartlett, Nick Hoffman, and all of the staff and volunteers. Central Connecticut Coast YMCA

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about the things that matter.” -MLK

The YMCA showed up LOUD and proud at our state capital for Advocacy Day.

From staff to board to volunteers - this work matters, and our voices belong where decisions are made.

Huge thanks to our community partners at @traderjoes for today’s generous drop‑off with enough food for 455 meals at Stratford’s pantry, with lots of citrus to go around! We’re so grateful. #CommunityStrong #traderjoes #cccymca #ymca #foodpantry

It truly takes a village!

The Stratford YMCA is proud to recognize the incredible volunteers who supported our bi-weekly food distribution at Holy Name of Jesus Church in partnership with CT Foodshare.

Together, we’re helping ensure local families have access to healthy food in a welcoming, respectful, and dignified environment. Thank you for showing up, giving back, and living the Y’s mission in action.
