What a brilliant idea - these gorgeous new tea caddies from @tbartea come labelled with your favourite brew.
No more guessing which tea is in the tin, and a great way to tidy up the tea cupboard.
I mean - everyone has a dedicated cupboard for their tea selection don’t they, or is that just me?!😆
Huge thanks for gifting me this one, Peggy. Xxx

Have you heard - it's Buy SA week from 1-9 August - and so I'm taking the opportunity to talk about how much I love supporting SA businesses 🥰

Of course Little Norma is a South Australian small business, and we choose SA made things for Little Norma because I think locally made things are generally excellent quality. Also I'm connected to these things somehow through our shared location.

Here are just some of the SA made things at Little Norma, and some of the local places we like to recommend...

Firstly , this beautiful Little Norma sign was painted by a local artist with the biggest heart @birdsnestsforhair

In the kitchen we keep ourselves well stocked with a variety of @tbartea tea bags and with the most lovely mugs by local ceramicist @studiooh.10

At the kitchen sink we have @al.ive_body products by local wonder-twins Alysa and Lysandra, and hand crocheted dish cloth by my friend Bonnie @frugalsocialworkermum

In the main bedroom is this gorgeous native flower arrangement by @adelaidenative.com.au and to the right you can spot a little artwork by @danakinter

We leave a little bag of @menzfruchocs out for our guests as a treat for when they arrive, along with our Little Norma postcard and guide book - the Little Norma map on the postcard and book is by @saskiaandshadow

In our guide book we share all our favourite local places to eat and drink, including...

@normanvilleslsc has some of the best views in SA, and I personally think it's a hidden gem. Great value pub-style food and drinks, but usually only open Fri-Sun. An easy 5 minute walk from Little Norma.

@onelittlesisternormanville is a cafe on the Main Street, open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. They have an eclectic creative menu, which matches the artistic decor of the cafe. Also an easy five minute walk from Little Norma.

@yore.myponga is about 15 minutes away at Myponga, so it's a great pitstop for coffee and snacks on the way to/from Little Norma. I love the vibe of this cafe/wholefoods shop, it's located in an old dairy factory.

@bergherring is a little winery tucked away just off South Road at Sellicks Hill. It's close to the Victory Hotel, and has the same sweeping views down

TEA MENU // We don’t discriminate between tea and coffee. . . only between ‘average’ or ‘amazing’ tea and coffee. But not to worry—all of ours fall under the ‘amazing’ category.

Our current tea menu featuring ethically sourced teas by Adelaide-based tea experts @tbartea:

CLASSICS:
* english breakfast
* blueflower earl gray
* peppermint
* lemongrass ginger
* green sencha
* chamomile
* lavender flower
* rooibos vanilla
* white jasmine pearl

HEALTH BLENDS:
* immuni-t (immunity boosting)
* royal-t (stress relief)
* activi-t (energy boosting)
* mobility-t (joint pain relief)
* diges-t (tummy care)
* mullein leaf (cold + cough)

Our teas are served in biodegradable silken pyramid tea bags along with your own pot of steaming filtered water.

We also serve delicious chai lattes, loose leaf chai, organic matcha lattes (ceremonial grade), and turmeric lattes.

What’s your favourite tea?

BEST HIGH TEA in Brisbane💘 @w_brisbane

I’ve been to the Art of Indulgence high tea at W Brisbane over different seasons and it has not failed to surprise me every time with the quality of food especially the sweets this time🧁🍰🍮✨

This Easter High Tea is inspired by the autumn flavours like earthy figs & roasted chestnuts tart, blood orange curd profiterole, marmalade with warming spiced hot cross scone🐣💝 they are all very light and not sweet at all (that’s exactly how we like our desserts❣️) For the very first time we actually finished everything sweets & savouries coz they are just delishhh🥰🥰

The Signature High Tea ($80pp) includes 2-hr endless barista coffee & exclusive tea from @tbartea - my picks are the Rose Pai Mu Tan for a lighter white tea and Hojicha roasted Green Tea🍵

There are also cocktails curated for this Easter - POM SPRITZ for a refreshing gin & pomegranate combination of flavours or EASTER CARROT REVERIE for an adult carrot cake soaked in rum🐰🥕

Now until 12 April (Fri-Sun) only so don’t miss out💓

📍Living Room, W Brisbane, 81 North Quay, Brisbane City
