When you’ve been doing turn drills for 30 minutes but still haven’t done an actual turn yet you just know when you do you are going to be ON IT!!! 👏🏻
.
Just practicing your turns isn’t going to correct your muscle memory & improve the placement, working on focused intricate drills that support the turn mechanics will! Don’t just work on the skill itself, unpack what’s going wrong and drive into strengthening your weak points, then you really will see a difference! 🪩
