Saw this shirt at The Black Crows show the other night. Never heard of this concert. What an amazing line up for three days! This led to a big debate - if you had to choose one day to go which one? For me it would be day 3, have to see Bowie.

Another sweet throwback to '94 from Curtain Falls. Tyler Osborn and Jeff Alkema charging hard in a old school Sotar II. It's awesome to note that after all these years these guys are still paddling together. 📷@tbonelee68

A little throwback to 1994 from @tbonelee68 and Jeff Alkema in Rotator Cuff on Fordyce Creek: "The trip in these photos was actually a commercial trip! Some customers who had seen tons of Class 5 with them. Myself, Jeff, my sister Shannon, tagged along for fun and to play a safety role. The 3 of us paddled almost everything together that day. But, at Rotator Falls, everybody walked it but Jeff and I. We were in a stout 12' SOTAR and I remember completely submerging in the hole at the bottom. Everyone on shore said we disappeared. Came up solid, though.
Not far downstream, Jeff and I were the only ones who attempted The Hole That Ate The Donner Party, a big slide into a monster keeper. Not as good a run there. We didn't notice that the left wall was undercut. Our left tube climbed the wall and we flipped at the top. Hit my helmet really hard on the slide on the flip, came up for air and saw that hole at the bottom...shit. Luckily, Jeff and I went deep and flushed out. The boat ended up surfing for about 15 minutes.

Rest of the trip was uneventful, and completely epic. One of my favorite stretches of water and favorite days out there, as well." - Tyler Lee Osborn
