Las Vegas, meet your BOLD coach: Kyle Evans. 🔥

Kyle has spent 11 years training thousands of agents and leaders nationwide as a Keller Williams Master Faculty member, MAPS Mastery Coach, and BOLD Coach. He’s also a 2026 Cultural Ambassador for the Gulf States Region.

He’s doing the work, too: his team, Constellation Home Sales, is trending toward 200 closed units in 2026. And beyond the business, he’s a husband and dad.

Regional BOLD starts September 28. Ready to get in the room with Kyle?

Another great MREA Mastermind for our KWMP agents

We had the privilege of welcoming Debbi DiMaggio — luxury real estate leader, bestselling author, and mindset coach — for an inspiring conversation about success, mindset, and what it takes to continue growing at the highest level.

A huge thank you to Debbi for sharing her time, wisdom, and perspective with our agents. These are the rooms, conversations, and connections that push us to think bigger and keep leveling up.

Grateful for everyone who joined us today and continues to invest in their growth.

🚨 HOME PRICES ARE DROPPING IN KEY U.S. MARKETS

The housing market isn’t crashing nationwide—but more local markets are clearly shifting.

We’re seeing price pressure, more inventory, more price reductions, and stronger buyer leverage in markets including:

📍 Austin
📍 Las Vegas
📍 Phoenix
📍 Tampa
📍 Orlando
📍 Denver
📍 Seattle
📍 Jacksonville
📍 Southern California

Why does this matter?

When prices soften, homeowners who are already struggling with mortgage payments can begin losing the equity cushion that may have protected them from foreclosure.

The progression can look like this:

📉 Home prices decline
🏠 Inventory rises
👥 Sellers outnumber buyers
💰 Equity shrinks
⚠️ Mortgage distress increases

That can lead to more:

➡️ Assisted Equity Sales
➡️ Short Sales
➡️ REO
➡️ Loss Mitigation opportunities

The key is to help homeowners early—before foreclosure and before more equity disappears.
