Applying cluster sets to speed work and resisted sprints

These “Repeat 5’s” at @tcboost are three resisted 5-yard sprints with brief resets in between

Because 5 yards keeps fatigue low, the cluster format allows for real-time coaching between efforts and higher training density while keeping the session efficient

Each rep within the cluster builds on the last. The athlete applies the coaching or grooves what’s working without waiting minutes between sets

More exposures, more coaching, and better training just by taking a little more time between reps
