One year at @totalpursuitathletics @hyrox_pursuit ‼️

Last year around this time, I had just bought my townhome and was experiencing what it felt like to live alone for the first time.

And I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Zeli started feeling more like home once I joined this gym.

Not only have I learned how to do wall balls lol, but I’ve met some truly incredible people along the way. I can only tag 20 people, but there are so many more of you who have brought so much light into my life over the past year.

I’m so grateful this place became a part of my weekend routine🤍

Different rooms, same mission — helping people grow stronger and better together. I’m grateful to be a coach across two incredible communities — HIIT HOUSE PGH + F45 Training. Let’s work 💪🤗

Come see me at F45 & HIIT House. Vibes are high. ✨💫

2025 Wrapped! This year at Sensi, we focused on one thing: making sports performance technology simpler, smarter, and more accessible. From product refinement to real-world testing, every step in 2025 was about keeping training natural, while detailed data insights are captured in the background. We’ve had great conversations with coaches, athletes, and partners and are continuing to build a system that works across sports, surfaces, and for any coach or athlete to maximize their training potential.

2026 is already off to an exciting start as we continue to scale what works and put Sensi into more training scenarios and test the boundaries of sports and data. Thank you to everyone who’s supported, challenged, and believed in the journey so far. Onwards! 🚀💪 #SensiFit #SportsTech #BuiltForTraining #Performance #DataDriven 2026
