🏆OUR 5TH AWARD!!!🏆 HUGE CONGRATS TO @assiba_blejah 🥳 and THANK YOU @worcesterfilmfestival
.
For those of you that have seen the film you know how incredibly difficult Assiba’s role was. But she approached it with unwavering commitment, which was one of the toughest scenes for audiences, but also the most important. Safe to say we hired an A-TEAM for this short film. #cinema #film #festival

Thank you @wisil.mitty for being such an integral part of this journey with me. In this game, it takes a village. so my advice young filmmakers is to make sure to pick your villagers very carefully. This is easier said than done. One of the best ways is to ask tough questions in your very first meeting with people. Ask them how they like to work and more importantly how they don’t like to work. See if your taste and opinions align. Trust me if you dont have this awkward conversation to begin with, it will lead to multiple awkward conversations and situations which are much harder to untangle later on. You don’t want that in the thick of preproduction or production or post. Big shouts to @majdalkhaz for the edit and following on in Kofi’s position. LFG 🔥🔥🔥🚀
