One of my favorite things when visiting a new city is checking out their top-rated cocktail bars. I went to Seattle for 48 hours and had this place on my list for such a long time, so I had to visit. I was lucky enough to walk in and find a spot, but I would 100% recommend making a reservation.

The bartenders were insanely nice and so accommodating. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer to try more drinks. The place is small but so cozy and dark, with the best vibes. I would recommend this place over and over again. It has to be one of the coolest cocktail bars I’ve visited in a long time. #fypツ #seattletiktok #whatiate #Food

Welcome to Seattle’s Best Bathrooms, our series highlighting the area’s most unique bathrooms. This week, we are at The Doctor’s Office in Capitol Hill, an intimate and popular cocktail bar with a pretty famous bathroom.

Every aspect of this bar is intentional — from the cold wash cloths and champagne you receive upon being seated to the theatrical cocktail-making performances and, of course, the bathroom, where you’ll find Kusama-inspired polka dot art, a bidet and even an X-ray of the owner’s foot.

If you want to experience @tdoseattle yourself, we recommend booking an “appointment” before stopping by the very small space.

When i say i'm going to the doctors 💀 i mean this 🍸

This is The Doctor's Office located in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood @tdoseattle. It's almost hidden in plain sight, giving speakeasy vibes,, and yes, you should book an "appointment" to get in. It's dark and moody; very intimate and only has 12 seats inside.

They've got some really delicious cocktails and can do originals, classic creations, or even pours of rare spirits. I probably had one of the best espresso martinis I've ever tried here, utilizing @boonboonacoffee.

If you're into savory drinks like me, you may also enjoy the agave sunomono which was like a crisp cucumber salad in a cocktail in the best way.

Their cocktail program is worth checking out 🥃

summer is a tough time for me. some of my dearest friends and family have departed this life within the seventh month and every year I brave my emotional drubbing, wishing/hoping/asking-ever-so-nice to not experience another summertide loss. maybe my 2026 attempts at changing the melancholy were futile, still, said efforts were made. san diego, new orleans, family, friends, a little too much sun and other more severe unpleasantries. glad to still be upright and breathing enough to experience every delight and every anguish.

here’s a biannual reminder to go on the side quest, agree to a clairin martini, take stupid pictures, eat pizza on the street with your friend bc it might be the most wholesome moment of your entire trip, light a cathedral candle for the homies, do your best out there and tell people you love them bc one day you won’t be able to.

grateful for all of the beautiful friends in nola that made it a point to compliment how we run things at dark room and how I operate as a bar owner. you made it worth the journey and I am fortunate to have you in my corner. love you all 🖤
