#ETSInTheCommunity

It’s been great to catch some of our athletes in action over the last few weeks. Watching our athletes compete and their hard work pay off is truly rewarding as a coach.

We are proud to stand behind you and support you every step of the way. We appreciate the commitment, time, and effort you all put in.

Great group of people, proud to be a part of your journey!

COMPETE

Competition challenges athlete to step outside their comfort zone, embrace pressure, and learn how to handle both success and failure.

Competing teaches athletes to stay motivated when things don’t go their way and gives their training purpose by allowing them to apply what they’ve practiced.

The goal isn’t to win every time.

The goal is to become better every time💪🏼💪🏼

“Discipline is doing what needs to be done, even when you don’t want to do it” — Nick Saban

Discipline is choosing what you want most over what you want right now. Every workout, practice, and rep is an opportunity to build habits that separate good athletes from great athletes. Talent may get you noticed, but discipline is what makes champions.
