Ready for more creativity, healing, and vitality?

This practice might be for YOU, and you, and you...

✨️ we will guide you through grounding/calming movement & breathwork. This magical blend of practices helps calm the nervous system, deepen relaxation, and prepare your mind, body, and spirit for the full benefits of the Nidra experience.

By integrating breathwork, you can amplify the effects of entering the parasympathetic state. This combination ensures that you are fully prepared to embrace the transformative and restorative power of Yoga Nidra. 🙌

If you’re seeking:
- A deeper connection to yourself
- Greater emotional awareness
- Energetic alignment
- Stress and anxiety relief
- Enhanced emotional resilience
- Improved focus and cognitive function
- Profound restorative rest

This practice offers an intentional space to reset, recharge, and reconnect.

📖 Bring a journal
🧘‍♀️ EYE pillow, and we have the rest, but as always, you can bring anything that will make your experience more comfortable.

We suggest nothing to eat at least 2 hours prior. Come hydrated and in comfy warm yoga clothes. 🧘🏼‍♂️
