Shoutout to my client Teahna, a successful fat loss phase. Nothing crazy, nothing aggressive, sustainable, kept training hard.
I know Teahna is really happy with these results and so am I, now we ease our way back to maintenance and just enjoy our training and get a bit more energy.
In total we lost around 2.5kg. People always think they need to lose copious amounts of weight. But when we are already smaller in size there's no point getting aggressive and just making someone hate the entire process.
Im stoked as for her and I know she is to. Keen to keep working!

9 weeks progress. We weren't expecting progress like this in such a period of time but Teahna has responded so well to the program we have laid out. Was happy to eat the recommended calories. Just kept it simple aimed for maintenance. Weight hasn't shifted but the body has certainly changed 💪
