Always gotta be authentic. Something I always make sure of in my music and strive to do on a deeper level with every song I make. It’s also about finding the courage to show parts of myself that I might not be proud of, which in turn helps me to reflect on those things and work on them. 🤙❤️

Throwback to my chat with @blakearnell on @teahouse.tv back in 2022. Watched this for the first time since it came out yesterday, we had a dope convo and covered some interesting topics. Thanks heaps for havin me on for a chat bro 🙏🏼🫶

Still very relevant 👉

There are no quick fixes to achieve your body composition goals. Whether your goal is to lose body fat or increase lean muscle mass, results do not happen overnight. Period! No ifs or buts. ❌

Unfortunately, there are many, who expect significant change to how their bodies look immediately, not understanding it’s a long-term journey to achieve the body they desire. ‼️

If it was easy…. Everyone would be walking around for, healthy and shredded 👀- there would be no such thing as a personal trainer.

Embrace the grind that comes with working towards your body composition goals. If you stay the course and remain consistent with your training, you WILL enjoy the rewards.

Do not get discouraged if you’re not seeing a significant drop in the scales during the weeks of your training. Instead ask yourself;
- how’s my energy levels
- how has my happiness been
- how have I been sleeping
- how’s my mood
- what’s my body felt like
😴 😊 🤚🏽

As long as you’re holding up your end of the bargain, training consistently and fueling your body adequately, the rest will take care of itself.

Shoutout the big man also @theteahousepodcast doing huge things 🐐 🔥

Great, so I’ve just been reminded that you can’t share Insta stories unless you’ve been tagged.
So, if we get to 400 followers by this week I’ll dye my hair blonde (only 12 left lowkey scared, highkey keen) - Kealy doesn’t approve 🙃
