We feel so lucky to have had Teal at the salon for the past four years 🤎 While we’re selfishly sad to see her go, we’re equally excited for her as she begins her next adventure in Durango as a mamma!

Teal is one of the kindest people you will ever meet and we are so grateful she chose to spend these years with us. She has been such a special part of our salon, and we truly will miss her dearly.

Please join us in sending her lots of love and well wishes as she starts this new chapter. She’s truly one of the good ones.

Miss you already!

Worldly Corners of Mastery is what comes to my mind as I reflect on the last few weeks..

So much encouragement & heart felt excitement has spanned across witnessing and learning from these 3 masters.

•••
Robin Blankenship, author, teacher and owner of Earth Knack Primitive School.
She is such a beloved part of Crestone & everywhere she goes.
She is one of the most gentle and well versed teachers I've ever had the pleasure of learning from.
Her land is a work of art made by skillful hands and curious hearts.

Amchi Nyima Gurung, a 9th generation Doctor within the Yungdrung Bön Tibetan Medical tradition.

And a very special love & light in my life.. Tom Lyle of @woodofakindwoodwork , who offers 30+ years of artistry, knowledge and experience.

•••
@tealkelly & I took a 3 day felting class with Robin to fuel the future of our shared creative vision.
Our interest in working with natural fibers from animals & plants will expand into works of beauty, playfulness and functionality.
•••
Amchi Nyima Gurung, graces Crestone with a visit from Tibet, offering healing sessions, his sonic apothecary, and Medicine Buddha teachings.

My beautiful friends and I shared an evening learning shilajit processing/purifying from a direct line of 500+ years of experience; while expanding and sharing all that we know and have witnessed while working with this ancient & mysterious medicine.
•••
And last but not least, such a joy to my heart..
witnessing and being a part of Tom Lyle, @woodofakindwoodwork in his element.
He has been gearing up and working diligently for his upcoming art show in Denver while also brushing off his Waldorf teaching skills...
Watching him continue his devotion to biology, art, teaching and the forest is a gift I am so gracious for.
•••

It has been so fun to learn & share in the company of these friends/loved ones..
I am just beaming with happiness and soul excitement/inspiration to carry on with all of my own goals & ambitions while giving a helping hand to all they want to accomplish too.

Thank you all for being a part of my journey & loving me along the way.. creating with you is such a treat..

So much beauty & prosperity is to come!

Last night in the San Luis Valley with Teal, Jeremy, and their pups. Give me all the snuggly, slobbery, and curious dogs. I loved getting creative and playing around with this family. 💕
