This was my 1st ever professional Natural Bodybuilding Show @icnindia and I think we did “Set The Standard.” Hopefully.
5th April 2025 - We start here and never look back again.
Bodybuilding isn’t just about building your physique , its about you mindset, mentality,sacrifices,emotional health and I will say everything in between .
The consistent fight with yourself for those small battles you fight on everyday basis to try to get the best out of yourself when on one is watching . In those early mornings and late nights , when people think you are crazy to be doing this much just for what !?
I never wanted an easy life ,I wanted the strength to earn a life worth Living. Stop focusing on what’s going wrong and start focusing on what I can make right.
Grateful to have shared stage with @trainwithrc @ankitgaurfitness 🧿✅
Life time of an experience, @_teamaditya will be Back and more stronger .

🚨The Recipe for Transformation🚨
- Changing your body isn’t complicated, but it requires discipline and consistency. Here’s the structured approach I followed for 8 months to lose 10kg fat and achieve my best shape:
Nutrition Principles:

1️⃣Eliminate junk - No outside food.
2️⃣Prioritise protein - Aim for at least 1.5g of protein per kg of body weight (e.g., 70kg =
105g protein/day).
3️⃣Control oil intake - Limit ahee/oil to 10ml per meal.
4️⃣Stay hydrated - Drink 4-5 liters of water
daily.
5️⃣Avoid fried foods - Stick to clean cooking
methods.
6️⃣No cheat meals - Consistency is key.
7️⃣Maintain a calorie deficit - Eat 300-400 calories below maintenance while keeping protein intake high.
8️⃣Include Healthy Fats - Opt dor Dry Fruits instead of Unhealthy fats .
9️⃣Skip Fruit Juices - Eat whole Fruits for better absorption.

Balanced Meal Structure :
🔹Ensure 30% of your calories per meal come from protein.
🔹Choose complex carbs like quinoa, oats,
and salads.
🔹Avoid starvation - Prioritize filling, nutrient-
dense foods.

Lifestyle Habits for Success
✅Train consistently - Work out 6 days a
week, no excuses.
✅Stay active daily - walk at least 10,000 O
steps, even on rest days.
✅Prioritize sleep - Get 6-8 hours of quality
rest every night.
✅Track your intake - Weigh your food, even
small portions like 5g of rice or nuts.
✅Support digestion - Add curd/yogurt if
needed.

🫵Stick to this plan with discipline, and you’ll
unlock the best version of yourself.
Transformation isn’t about shortcuts-it’s about building strong habits and showing up every single day.

ICN MUMBAI MAJESTIC
Still feels like a dream ! Started the preparation for this very competition and my first show on 27th January 2025 and had no goal or motivation to do anything because of a major setback in the month of December.
And was going to compete in the First Timer Category but couldn’t cause I did not know the rules for which I had competed in a Local Show to get a experience for the stage on 7th March ,so had to register for Novice and told my self it’s okay let’s get a experience and try to win it as I did not know what that category meant .
Let’s get to 12hr prior stage and you see the list and seeing the most competitive athletes and Fitness influencers in your line up :
@trainwithrc
@sau.rabh_kumawat
@ankitgaurfitness
@hemant_bhosale9
So we had nothing to lose or win , so we went all in to enjoy the stage for which we had prepped 2 months by whatever we had in us .
And bagged a 🥉 in the crazy competitive lineup .
My Trunk Number - 132 🧿
The only way from here is up and above .
Thankyou for the army of people who backed this for me when I needed you guys the most .
