Speed does not disappear for no reason. There is always a cause. Most athletes are just looking in the wrong place. Follow if you want to find yours.

Fight night is no place to find out your gas tank isn’t ready. 🥊

Conditioning isn’t just about being fit.

It’s about maintaining your output, recovering between efforts and performing when fatigue sets in.

We don’t leave that to chance. 📈

A Russian twist rotates from the lower back with your feet off the floor. Nothing in a tennis match happens like that.

Real rotation starts at the ground. One of these builds it, one teaches you to resist it, one puts it on the same path as your swing. You need all three.

Comment TRAIN and I’ll come find you.

Thanks @coach.nickboicos for all your work with our AVSC teams preparing them for GC in Dec.

Volume is not the enemy. Unprepared tissue is. The fix is not less jumping. It is building a body that can handle the jumping your sport demands. Follow if you want to actually solve it.

The off-season builds it. The in-season keeps it. Most athletes only do half the job and wonder why they are starting over every year. Follow if you are done with that cycle.

The offseason is where the gap is created. 📈

While some athletes switch off, others are putting in the work to come back stronger, faster and more athletic.

It’s the time to address weaknesses, develop physical qualities and build the foundations you don’t always have time for during the season.

The work isn’t always exciting.
The progress isn’t always obvious.
But it all adds up.

You can’t expect to separate yourself from the competition by doing the same things as everyone else.

The offseason is your opportunity.

Use it, or spend next season chasing those who did.

DM “OFFSEASON” if you’re ready to get to work. ⚡️

Most athletes operate inside a version of themselves they built years ago. The ceiling they think they have is just the last time they genuinely pushed. Follow if you want to find out what is actually on the other side.

The difference between an athlete who improves and one who maintains is not the program. It is what they bring to it. Follow if you are ready to audit how you actually show up.

Well… that escalated quickly 😂

What started as a bit of fun between the two of us certainly got a few people talking in the comments.

Some saw the humour, others not so much. And that’s okay!

But rather than focus on the negativity, we thought we’d use the attention to shine a light on something we’re genuinely proud of.

Our athletes. ❤️

The hard work, the consistency, the setbacks they’ve overcome and the achievements they’ve worked so hard for.

These are the things that deserve recognition.

At the end of the day, we’re just two coaches who love what we do and want to see the athletes we work with succeed.

Social media can be a pretty negative place at times, but it can also be a place to celebrate and support one another.

So here’s to the athletes putting in the work, chasing their goals and making us proud along the way.

A little more positivity never hurt anyone.

Spread love, not hate. ❤️

A box jump does not build a vert. It shows one off.

Before any of our basketballers do jump work, they get strong in a box squat. That is where the force comes from, and force is what gets you off the floor.

Strength first. Then jumps. Not the other way round.

Comment TRAIN if your vert has not moved in a year and I will send you where to start.
