I did Ayahuasca 🌿

Here’s what it taught me: there’s no pill, no drug, and no plant medicine that can fix you.

You have to want to fix yourself. You have to put in the work, dig deep, and allow yourself to change.

I went into my Ayahuasca journey expecting a big AHA moment… and it never came. At first I was disappointed. But then I realized the best part: it means I’ve already done a lot of the work.

What Aya showed me is that I need to keep doing the self-work.

Keep being curious.
Keep wanting to learn more.
Keep wanting to know more.
Keep growing in a direction that feels aligned to YOU, not anyone else.

Ayahuasca can be a powerful tool for repair and a powerful tool for discovery, but you have to be ready for it.

My advice? Look within yourself and work on whatever’s going on inside before you turn to a strong psychedelic to fix it for you.

All in all, I’ve checked off one of the world’s most powerful plant medicines on my self-development journey.

Now it’s onto the next one, and I can’t wait!

Blessed to have such a good group of brothers!

Today I turned 36 years old and I decided I wanted to have an end of season golf tournament.

So I asked 12 of my closest brothers if they wanted to play a best ball scramble tournament and they all said “Yes”

It was an amazing day. So many laughs, many duffed drives, and some long putts drained!

I even went as far as making custom trophy’s for the winning team!

So Congrats to the winning team shooting -3 under par.

You boys are “Almost good at golf”

4 weeks post-show, and I’m ready to grow.

I’ve officially joined @team_baier, and I’m excited to see what we can build over the next year. This is my first time working with a coach, and I’m looking forward to learning, growing, and seeing what I can truly accomplish.

The goal is to bring my best and step on stage a couple of times in 2027.

Time to improve, fix the weak points, and put in the work. The journey starts today. 💪🏿

New gym, new leg day routine

Pendulum squat 2x8

After a couple months of knee pain that limited training, it felt good to try some new movement patterns that allowed for a good pump and no pain.

nothing crazy this leg day, just finding my groove

Yesterday marked the end of my first growth phase. Taking a few weeks to focus on health and recovery before taking the next step.

This is just the beginning — I don’t plan on stopping. Beyond thankful for this journey and where it’s taking me. 💪

Utah Spartan 2026! Finished Top 10% #320 out of 3,104 racers. I was running up them mountains with one goal; don’t stop running. This was definitely my best race yet. The 98F heat was rough but it’s all mental. Finally beat the rings (multi-rig) . This was 11 weeks post show where I weighed 118lbs. Here I was 130lbs . Shout out to my wife @xoxosusyq for supporting these hobbies! And @team_baier for keeping me in shape 🍽️💪

My friends offered me free tickets to an 11-day festival.

I said no.

Not because I’m better than anyone. Because I finally figured something out.

Every time I said yes to that scene, one night turned into two. Two turned into three. And then I’d wake up depressed, banged up, marbles all over the floor, watching the sun come up thinking “I accomplished nothing.”

If you’re a guy in your 30s or 40s and you feel lost right now the fix isn’t another weekend. It’s the word “no.”

No to the party.
No to the drink.
No to the people pulling you back into a version of yourself you already outgrew.

That’s where purpose starts. That’s where clarity comes back. That’s where your life actually begins.

Save this for the next time someone hands you a ticket to nowhere.
